- Responsible for managing the budget, forecast, profit and resources of large scale projects ranging from $1 - 5 mm. All projects completed successfully with an average budget to actual profit variance of +1%.
- Serve as a mentor for 4 resources by providing guidance on career advancement and managing difficult situations. As a result of this support, one mentee was promoted in 2009 despite a challenging economic climate.

- As the program lead for a $30 million initiative, responsibilities included managing the PMO and implementing cost-effective business outcome driven management processes. The resource management process which was proposed, implemented and supported provided executive management with an accurate spend forecast for 500+ resources. - Worked with Investment Banking Executives and Research Directors in a Business Analyst capacity to drive the strategy, requirements and project estimates for an industry leading web portal. Managed a team of analysts to assess the data requirements for providing accurate searching and valuation functionality.
- Participated in the assessment of a $40 million Institutional Product delivery program at a financial services institution with over $300 billion in assets under management. Analyzed the Product Development processes that were currently deployed and identified significant delivery timeline and governance gaps. Working with an executive leadership team, a strategy and roadmap was developed to improve their products to support the organizations strategic objectives resulting in a competitive advantage.
